Our Garden Rooms
Our garden rooms are designed to offer maximum functionality and style for the best possible price. We can construct any size room in any garden - everything from small studio garden offices to large garden outbuildings and annexes.
Our garden rooms are usually bespoke timber frame structures, but we also use Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP) - either way, our rooms are fully-insulated making them lovely warm spaces suitable for year round use.
We usually provide an all-inclusive service, from site visit & design, foundation and contruction, and connection to power & internet.

Exterior Finishes
We have a range of exterior finishes to suit your budget and taste including:
Western Red Cedar Cladding - both Canadian and British - as pictured. Beautiful and naturally very weather resistant. Usually vertically installed
Featheredge Cladding - Oak, Larch and pressure treated options available. More of a rustic appearance. Horizontally installed
Thermowood Cladding - heat treated softwood that can be clear-treated, stained or painted to your tastes. Usually vertically installed
Galvanised Steel Sheet Cladding - budget friendly maintance-free material, available in virtually any colour including Anthracite and Black, excellent for boundary facing sides but can also look stunning in the right setting
Composite Cladding - available in a range of colours, composite cladding is highly stable and long-lasting
Interior Finishes & Services
We can finish all aspects of the interior of your garden room to suit your budget - including wall finish, decoration and flooring.
Often our rooms are plaster-finished, but we also line with decorative MDF and ply - depending on preference.
We ensure that lighting is set up perfectly and can also build bespoke shelving, desks and bars to really maximise the space.
We will also take care of getting power, broadband, water and drainage services to your garden room.
Hassle Free Roofs & Landscape Finishes
We often use a EDPM rubber roof system that unlike flat roofs of the past - will last a lifetime.
We also use traditional tiled roofs, as well as cedar and felt shingles when desired.
In addition, we can install green roofs that look incredible.
We can also complete landscaping to really finish your garden room off - from steps, decking and paving to hot tub shelters and pergolas.
